    In Search of Som are a series of immersive and holistic wellness programs designed to harmonise the body and spirit the old-fashioned way - embrace nature, eat right, exercise the body and calm the mind. Planned at the in-house Som Spa, the programs combine transformative healing practices from India and the world, along with wholesome organic meals, planned diets, and spiritual guidance through meditation, mindfulness, and conversations. Trained practitioners work with you on improving wellness from the inside out to enhance energy, vitality and overall well-being.

    IN SEARCH OF SOM – REIKI AND YOGA

    Reiki is a Japanese technique of healing that regulates the flow of energy to align the self and the universe. In combination with Yoga sessions, the program helps guide your body on its path to complete mental and physical balance. In addition to its health benefits, the program is also a Certified Reiki Level 1 training session under the Reiki master Ms. Jigisha Popat. As planned diet, Reiki and Yoga sessions, meditation, an open-air bonfire dinner and a cultural excursion along with nature walks are part of the activities.

    IN SEARCH OF SOM – YOGA AND SPA

    Yoga is an ancient Indian practice that guides the prana to attain mental and physical equilibrium through asanas and pranayama. In consultation with the Woods at Sasan Yogshaala expert, a regimen of Yoga suited to your body type, specialized spa therapies and massages along with meditation are the core of the wellness program. A planned diet, Yoga sessions, spa therapies, meditation and chanting, an open-air bonfire dinner and a cultural excursion, along with nature walks are part of the activities.
