day 1

Wellness Initiation

Orientation tour of Som.
Welcome and introductions with the doctor and healers.

Wellness Consultation with the Doctor at Yogashala.
A tailored journey for your Som experience will be prepared along with a diet plan keeping your nutrition in alignment with your body and therapies.

First Therapy for Preliminary Cleansing
Eliminates impurities and induces relaxation.

Initiating Detox
A detox drink of fresh juices as recommended by the doctor.

A special ethnic meal is planned for the evening after a meditation session at the Yogashala.

day 2

Beginning of Wellness Routine

Sunrise Yoga and Wellness Breakfast.
We start the morning with Sunrise Yoga at the Yogashala, followed by a special wellnesss breakfast at Terracotta.

Som Therapies: Begin your Journey of Healing.
Two therapies spread across the day with meditation sessions that help you align to the routine with ease.

Discovery Sessions: Immersive Learning Experiences for Self.
Day two marks the beginning of discovery sessions with choices to explore Som in Prana, Art, Nature, and Environment.

Early dinner to align the body’s metabolism and take timely rest to observe the impact from the therapies of the day.

Mid-journey Observations for the Healing Process

Morning Starts with a Discovery Session
Either an exploration of pottery or a visit to an Ayurveda plantation, followed by Wellness Breakfast at Terracotta

Consultation and Som Therapies
Based on your body’s response to the therapy on Day 2, your next therapy is planned either as per the chart or changed based on the consultation.
Two therapies are planned across the day.

The Som of Food: Learning Wellness Recipes at Alfresco
Discovery Session: Som and Art (of cooking), a special curation by the wellness chef.

Sound Meditation or another choice of Meditation
Tibetan Bowl Meditation is introduced as a practise to relax and calm the mind. An interactive session to learn meditation rituals one can take home.

Siddi Dance: A tribal performance for the evening to experience a flavour of the local culture from an indigenous tribe of Africa settled in Sasan for generations.

day 4

Discovering Inner Som

Morning Meditation and Wellness Breakfast.
Day four begins with Morning Meditation, followed by wellness breakfast at Terracotta.

Som Therapies: Immersive Experiences
Two therapies are planned across the day for positive absorption of the nutrition and care that the body has undergone in three days.

The Som of Food: Learning Wellness Recipes at Alfresco
Discovery Session: Som and Art (of cooking), a special curation by the wellness chef.

Sundown Tea with a flute artist helps you take time off from the journey to reflect and immerse in the orchard’s experience.

day 5

Reflection and Take-home Rituals

We start the morning with Sunrise Yoga at the Yogashala, followed by a special wellnesss breakfast at Terracotta.

Som Therapy: Ideal for a Day of Travel.
A morning therapy keeping your return from Sasan in mind is planned that’s best suited for your body and the day ahead.

Consultation with the Doctor
An understanding of your experience of the therapies, it’s impact on your body and mind and how it helped you discover the purpose that initiated your journey at Som.

Reflection on the Journey
A QnA with the doctor and therapists to continue on the path of well-being.

Take Home Rituals
The doctor at Som will be sharing a personalised kit of take home rituals, customised for the guest’s lifestyle and routine.
